Cancellations

Once an order is placed, the sale is final and cannot be altered or cancelled.

Returns and Exchanges

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY TRANSACTION.

All sales are final on all launch product(not limited to Retro Jordans, Quickstrikes, Yeezys, etc.), swimwear/underwear products, discount, promotion, and sale items.

Items that are eligible for returns maybe returned within 7 days of the original purchase date for store credit, and within 15 days for exchange ONLY.

Items must be returned with the ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Items that have been worn are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE, RETURNS, OR STORE CREDIT.

Limited Edition Product

All Retro Jordans, Quick Strikes, Yeezys, Limited Editions, etc. are FINAL SALES BY CASH OR DEBIT ONLY(ID must be present with cardholders name matching).

We reserve the right to refuse bulk orders. Multiple orders placed for the same product on items limited to one (1) per customer will be cancelled entirely without question. Once an order is placed for these items, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. No exceptions.

Sale Items

Shipping

We take pride in being one of the fastest shippers in the shoe industry. Most orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out the same day or next day the latest. Packages under 3lbs are shipped via USPS 2-3 day delivery and anything over 3lbs is shipped using UPS Ground 4-5 day delivery.

Please note delivery times may vary depending on location, and we do not guarantee these delivery times due to third-party factors beyond our control. We also ask our customers to kindly provide a telephone number and email when placing your orders. This will help tremendously in making sure orders are cleared and arrive in your hands in a proper time frame.

Gift Cards

GIFT CARDS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

Gift cards must be purchased by CASH only available in amounts of $25, $50, $100 only.
